Welcome to Monday. It’s back to the grind stone. The fun is over and now starts the work, all over again.
Seriously, It’s Monday a start to another week of kicking tails and taking names. This is MY day. Step up to the plate and let me “learn you somethin’ “. Our approach is everything. Our attitude is everything. It sets the pace and the tempo. Our attitude decides if we are having a good day or a great day. Telling ourselves that we have to go back to the grindstone is so depressive. Instead try embracing your work and start loving it. I don’t care it you wash cars for a living. Be happy you have a job. In fact, be the happiest person washing cars. Maybe you are in lawn care, and you have 20 lawns to do. You have the opportunity to sculpt 20 lawns into your master pieces. Don’t just go through the motion. Put some love in there and make those lawns yours. You want people to drive by and ask the owner “Who does your lawn?”
Positivity attracts positivity. It also attracts attention. People will put your positivity to the test. That’s what people do. Stay positive and professional. If you hang around people who are happy you will find yourself being happy. It’s just that simple. So, what if someone doesn’t like our positive attitude. If they want to be a negative-nancy let them. Do not let it affect your smile. You are a beacon of hope. Thank God it Monday. Play time is over. It’s time to shine.
Step up to the plate. Keep your eye on the ball. Swing, and follow though. We’ll be here knocking home runs out of the park all week. 40 hour work weeks are for those that only make quota. We go above the quota. We set our pace and we allow time for the unexpected. By Wednesday the quota is in our grasp. This gives us two days to compensate for the unexpected. Perfect planning produces perfect products. This is how we roll. Lead, follow, or get out of the way. We cannot be stopped. Our attitude is set and our agendas are being met. Of course it’s Monday. It’s MY day.
