Believe in yourself

Believe in yourself

People rely on us. We rely on each other. If you have graduated high school and are a part of the work force in some manner, people rely on you. I have value. I am worth something. No one is going to make me believe that I am worthless, and neither are you. We must believe in ourselves. Why should we believe in ourselves? I’ll explain it like this. We need to believe in ourselves in order to have others believe In us. There are people out here needing someone to look up to. That someone is you and it’s me.

The link between us believing in ourselves and others sharing that same belief is confidence. Our confidence is what says “I can do the job.” The more times that we succeed at doing something, the more confident we are that we can do the job. There is nothing wrong with tooting your own horn. Just, don’t toot it everyday. Which brings me to, don’t get comfortable. Train someone to do your job so that you can move up the ladder. “But I’ll get replaced.” That’s how it’s suppose to be. Look up the ladder and learn the next job. Keep climbing. Keep building confidence. Keep succeeding. Yes you will fail. Welcome to being human. Now get on that ladder and keep climbing. Upper management is always watching the ladder to see who has the initiative to climb their way up. Your energy and your tenacity is what will make them believe in you. The more confidence people have in you, the more they will come to rely on you.  This is how we go from “I think I can” to “I know I can.”

Thanks for taking the time to read, and may we always believe in ourselves and know our self-worth.

There are times when you hit the ground and you know how to get up but you need someone else to encourage you saying it’s ok you can get up. Just try.
That’s exactly what this article did today. I love blogging community where so many of us are helping each other without even knowing. 🙂

Self confidence is important for success, so long as it does not turn to arrogance!

I believe this is so true.. People are afraid of change because they might lose what they have but forget change is needed to improve and move ahead..

“You are greater than the sum of your successes and failures.”P.R.

We can never underestimate the power of a human being. This was well said and we need to be reminded so that our inner being can come out and bring out the best of us. Outstanding!
